Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities within Human Capital Management and Global Mobility (including but not limited to JDX, APro, DMS) . Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote

This role is contributing to the HRXP globally. Main stakeholders are HRXP organisation.

You will be mainly accountable for:Accountable to orchestrate (manage, control and coordinate) the delivery of all technology maintenance and support activities within HCM and GM.Operates on tactical level of managing 3rd party suppliers by managing performance metrics, resolving issues and escalations (including high sev. Incidents). Reviewing SLAs and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities.Supporting major incident and critical situation resolution by finding the root cause of incidents (through known errors and root cause analysis), defining workarounds, and following up on fixing root causes (by planning problem resolution and change implementation).Operates on tactical level of managing 3rd party suppliers by managing performance metrics, resolving issues and escalations (including high sev. Incidents). Ensures relevant IS methodologies, procedures and processes are followed (ITIL). Builds IS Domain Service operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects.Qualifications for the role You have at least 5 years years of experience in IT TechnologyPossess an enhanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and WorkdayProven experience of ITIL and Third party suppliers managementYou are at ease communicating in English
