You will be part of the Information Systems team, reporting to the transnational PLM Manager. You will be a core member of a transnational team of experts covering both the technical and functional aspects of PLM software management.
You play a key role in managing technical changes and supporting projects that improve industrial processes and integrate the PLM application.
You are responsible for the administration, technical evolution, and optimization of the PLM system ensuring the crucial link between business requirements, the development team (AMS/Editor), and the Operations/Infrastructure teams.
KEY MISSIONSThe Application Technical Expert role is primarily focused on Application Release Management and Level 3 Support.
Application Release Management (Deployment): Drive the technical the deployment of application upgrades, maintenance patches, or platform evolutions. This includes ensuring the installation package is complete, available, and well-documented. Integration and Validation: Install the upgrade package in the Integration Environment. Test that the application is correctly running and emulate the functioning of application interfaces using documented scripts. Identify and correct any instructions if a problem is detected. Level 3 Incident & Problem Support: Provide Level 3 support on Incidents and Problems managed via ServiceNow. Identify and track corrective and preventive actions until they are closed. Provide support to the IT Operations team during installation in the Production Environment, potentially outside standard work hours. Technical Documentation: Finalize and keep all application technical documentation up-to-date, including Installation manuals, Operation manuals, and integration test plans. Service and Technical Studies: Execute advanced Service Requests (e.g., Advanced Administration, License management, Advanced Queries/Reports on Databases). Perform Technical Studies to anticipate evolution impacts (e.g., middleware upgrade, interface specifications).

Required Past Experience : Functional and Project management skills. Experience with PLM solutions applied to discrete manufacturing. Knowledge of Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity principles
Languages : English Fluent(B2)

Knowledge of the Windchill platform. Deep knowledge of PLM systems and its links with MES and ERP.
