Contribute and Manage the transition of operations currently handled by internal staff based in FranceManage the hiring process of new open positions in IndonesiaConduct team performance reviews, including identify gaps and support training and development plans, and define and implement a talent development and retention strategy to continuously strengthen team capabilities and expertise (setup skills matrix and KPI for Team empowerment)Promote the offshoring model through the IS/IT community to attract new IS/IT perimetersIndustrialize and improve the support processes aligned with group standards, and setup / complete process patrimonyBe able to help to deploy / adapt the service catalogManage the workload and the 24/5 support rotation Put in place the tooling to measure the performance of the services provided by the team: KPI, SLA, …Ensure the high service quality of the teamContribute to audits and improvement initiativesRequirements:
