YPrime’s Project Delivery team is looking for a Bilingual Project Manager (English / Japanese) to provide exceptional customer service while facilitating the successful execution of custom IRT software development projects. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team from study kick-off and requirements gathering through maintenance, and you’ll serve as the main point of contact for our clients. This is a remote position based in Japan, working 3:00pm -11:00pm local time.

Must be able to communicate clearly in both English and Japanese Minimum of 3 years project management experience Minimum of 3 years experience with software systems in support of clinical trials The ability to travel up to 20% of the time Foundational knowledge of the principles of a software development life cycle A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role An innate proactivity – to learn, to gather information, to anticipate problems Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills A strong sense of personal accountability Attentiveness to details A commitment to quality Commitment to follow-through A positive attitude A team-oriented spirit Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously You’ll ensure adherence to all YPrime Standard Operating Procedures throughout the course of a project You’ll gather requirements and author system specifications You’ll lead internal and external meetings You’ll manage the schedule, scope, and budget for all projects, ensuring on-time delivery to clients You’ll ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phase, collaborating with customer care, business development and the management team, as needed You’ll identify and assist with process improvements You’ll provide experience-based feedback to our product development team, to help guide continuous improvement of our systems You’ll assist in providing support to global system end users You’ll travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions You’ll mentor more junior YPrime employees
