HP Inc. are seeking an experienced public sector salesperson to lead our engagement across the Ireland Public Sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and execute sales strategy within a globally recognized brand, influencing performance at scale. You will manage relationships with end-user customers, public sector framework stakeholders, and our Ireland reseller community, while driving long-term growth plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities for the Public Sector Sales Lead
Manage executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Clearly communicate HP’s value and competitive differentiation.
Forecast multi-million-dollar sales opportunities across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.
Protect revenue and margins while generating new business.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Assist and mentor a growing sales team based in Dublin.
Requirements for the Public Sector Sales Lead
Minimum 2 years of successful public sector sales experience.
Experience leading virtual sales teams.
Accurate forecasting and strong time-management capabilities.
Proven ability to escalate risks, resolve issues, and deliver results.
Strong presentation and communication skills, ideally with director/C-level audiences.
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland and includes travel as an integral part of the role. Please note that the position is on-site and cannot be performed remotely.
