You are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining (IRD) department, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. You will lead and develop the IRD team, coordinate with other hotel departments, ensure compliance with hygiene and brand standards, handle guest feedback, and support the achievement of departmental goals. You will also assist the Director of Food Beverage in driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and achieving departmental objectives.

Qualifications: Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management and a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Food Beverage operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in In-Room Dining.
