Role: IQVIA Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global implementation of IQVIA HCP across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with specific experience in Veeva/Salesforce/IQVIA HCP platforms. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of delivering global rollouts on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for the global rollout of IQVIA HCP across multiple regions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Commercial, Compliance, and external vendors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes. Ensure alignment with global and local regulatory requirements. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with Veeva and Salesforce platforms. Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.Required Experience & Skills:
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in global project delivery. Strong experience with IQVIA HCP, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce platforms. Proven success in managing global rollouts across multiple countries and regions. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory considerations in the healthcare/pharma industry. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
