Position Description
North Mara Gold Mine Limited is seeking to enroll Industrial Practical Training students for the year 2026 to join our team. The main objective of Industrial Practical Training (IPT) is to contribute towards the human capital development pool in Tanzania. To achieve this, Barrick – North Mara has created opportunities to enroll students from universities and other recognized tertiary institutions to access the industrial practical training for exposure and acquire hands-on skills. Duration for Industrial Practical Training will be only for Eight (8) Weeks.

Criteria for Enrolment
An applicant should not be a first or final year student.An applicant should not be a graduate.IPT should not be regarded as internship program.Requirement for Application
Introduction Letter from the University/Institution with a contact number of a Student and IPT coordinator/ Liaison personnel.
Examination Results with official stamp.
