Ingredion is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our global IPS Connectivity initiatives, driving standardization and digitization efforts that enable key functions such as Global Data Analytics.
As the IPS Connectivity Lead you will be responsible for leading the global IPS Connectivity, standardization, and digitization prerequisites and enablement for other groups like Global Data Analytics. This group is on charge of providing the strategy for the implementation of key enabling tools and systems, from their creation or harmonization to standardization of calculation methodologies for business TOP KPIs, as well as it’s connection to data banks that can be used by other teams and users, while securing sustainable in alignment with Global teams.
What you will do:
Organizational Transformation
Acts as a change agent to drive standardization and digital transformation.
Defines and implements global KPI frameworks and IPS tools.
Supports strategic planning and sustainability goals at plant level.
Leadership & Management
Leads and mentors global and local teams.
Establishes routines and tools to ensure alignment and progress.
Collaborates with IT and analytics to support IPS implementation.
Training & Development
Delivers IPS system training to promote adoption and cultural change.
Helps leadership teams with KPI baseline and goal setting.
System Evolution
Designs scalable digital solutions and maintains standardized processes.
Leads improvement projects across IPS pillars (e.g., Quality, EHSS, Reliability).
Conducts assessments to identify gaps and drive system updates.
Innovation & Sustainability
Suggests tool improvements based on field experience.
Supports digital strategy in alignment with data teams.
Evaluates and proposes new technologies for efficiency and quality.
Collaboration & Communication
Acts as a bridge between data architecture and analytics teams.
Ensures effective communication and data integrity.
Coordinates global KPI setting and cascading processes.
Coaching & Mentoring
Coaches plant teams on IPS tool adoption.
Leads cross-functional teams through change initiatives.
Project Management
Manages global digitization projects from start to finish.
Oversees pilots for new IPS tools and ensures timely delivery.
Analytical Support
Uses data to identify improvement opportunities.
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and performance.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated manufacturing process experience. Experience with refining and chemical transformation processes is a plus.
Proficient in English.
Strong knowledge of digital systems including OEE, integrated action tracking, and KPI reporting
Understanding of Digital tools, Power Bi and SQL experience, electronic paperwork, or other digital process improvement solutions
Experience implementing OEE, and SPC
Utilization of data and facts to articulate the need for change and build commitment from others
