As an IPay Hotline Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service to field offices and co-workers. You will assist with payroll requests and questions via inbox and hotline, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and confirm the completion of standard payroll forms. Monitoring and managing requests and concerns through the ticketing system will also be a key aspect of your role.
