You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of the MVNE network services **Job Description:** + Provide oversight and guidance to the Networks support team that delivers below functions + Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. + Setup and maintain monitoring tools for network management + Setup and troubleshooting of secureIPsec communication + Implement and manage VPNs, VLANs, QoS, and traffic engineering. + Design, deploy, and maintain IP/MPLS network infrastructure for MVNE services. + Support integration of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) into the MVNE platform. + Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure SLA compliance. + Collaborate with mobile core network teams (e.g., HLR/HSS, GGSN/PGW, PCRF) for end-to-end service delivery. + Maintain network documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and SOPs. + Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). + Support network automation and orchestration initiatives. + Review, Update and create knowledge artefacts – SOPs + Identify Service improvement opportunities **Skills:** + Proficient in investigating issues by analyzing PCAP traces + Need a good understanding of IP networks, including routing paths, IP switch configurations, and access lists to troubleshoot connectivity issues. + Excellent communication and client relationship skills to interface with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership. + Significant experience and ability to manage and lead in crisis situations, ensuring a swift and effective response. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high quality work. + Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRRP/HSRP, STP, RSTP, GRE, IPsec, DMVPN. + Technologies: VLAN, QoS, NAT, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SDN/NFV. + Tools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios, Opennms, Ansible, NetBox. + Platforms: Cisco ASA, Juniper JunOS, Nokia SR OS, Fortinet, Palo Alto. **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
