Main Task

Set guidelines and principles for channel structureWork with marketing team to set channel economicsEvaluate operational capabilities of distributorsWork with sales team to finalize sales target Track channel inventory consignment Collect sales data to perform analysisMonitor and reconcile market activitiesReview and track target performanceProvide Commercial training New hospital's qualification examination, review and approval Regular customer visitorDaily sales operationReview and approval tendering

Experience

Ophthalmic (clinical) sales background is preferredStrong background in Cataract surgery and product of intramuscular lens (or IOL)Minimum 3-year work experience in sales position with proven record


Other skills

Proactive, can do attitude and ability to work with changing client needsGood interpersonal skills and be able to work in teamGood computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong sales affinity with proven sales track recordTechnical affinityFluent in English and Mandarin
