Move Forward with Volt!

Volt is immediately hiring for an Invoice Coordinator in El Paso, Texas.

As an Invoice Coordinator you will:

*Review and analyze blocked invoices to identify root causes of non-payment or delays.

*Co-manage the invoicing process for the location alongside another team member.

*Partner with internal teams—including procurement, receiving, and accounts payable to resolve discrepancies and unblock invoices.

*Investigate issues related to purchase orders, pricing, quantities, and approval workflows.

*Communicate directly with suppliers to clarify invoice discrepancies and gather necessary documentation.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce future invoice blockages.

*Maintain accurate records and documentation of resolution activities.

 

This is a full-time temporary opportunity.

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (flexible to work overtime)

The ideal candidate will have:

*Previous experience in accounts payable, invoice management, or procurement operations.

*Solid understanding of procurement, invoicing, and payment workflows.

*Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

*Effective communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external suppliers.

*Familiarity with ERP systems and invoice management tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.

*Prefer Bilingual (English/Spanish)

*A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 Per Hour DOE

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
