Summary:

The Invoice Proc Admin I - EF performs a variety of duties relative to the timely processing of invoices. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare invoices to send to customers throughout multiple businessesManage Special Handling accountsSubmit Invoices through customer PortalsManage daily workload invoice assignmentsManage Service Cloud and EBPP – Customer ServiceManage Billing Customer Service PhonesManage group mailboxes – Customer ServiceMove invoices to Document Management SystemUpdate customer setups to ensure proper billing details are in OracleResearch and collaborate with team throughout OperationsPerforms other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent1 – 3 years’ experience in a clerical or accounting environment with experience creating excel reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

Some college preferredOracle, Service Cloud and EBPP experience helpfulGood Microsoft Office skillsExceptional customer service skills are a mustStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively complete multiple tasks at once with accuracyStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
