Investor Relations Coordinator

PURPOSE

The Investor Relations Liaison is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and internal executives. This role supports the development and delivery of strategic communications, presentations, and special events that enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the investment community. Additionally, the liaison oversees executive support functions related to investor relations, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality engagement across all touchpoints. Work with minimal direction, have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, be proactive in support and activities, and have the capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information.  Must have the ability to work professionally with senior executives   external board members, and investors. Also, must have the ability to interact with and coordinate the administration duties within the Field Support Center (FSC) office. Must have sufficient knowledge of the organization’s structure, policies, and personnel to make administrative decisions that are complex in nature and require moderate use of discretion and judgment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Investor Relations Support –

Manage IR Customer Relationship Management software (S&P CRM tool) including: Tracking interactions with investors, earnings call participants and meeting notes as needed. Update investor and sell-side analyst contact lists. Support team operations through calendar oversight and scheduling. Create first iteration of the annual marketing plan. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, bus tours and roadshows including: Working directly with corporate access teams and conference organizers on logistics, formats, schedules. Preparing briefing materials. Coordinating travel (domestic and international), including detailed itinerary creation. Support finalization of executive presentations including Develop one-page news releases for upcoming earnings announcements and investor conferences. Interacting with suppliers and managing budgeting activities including: Supplier contract management (review, approval process). Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Supporting preparation and facilitation of the quarterly earnings preparations process. Project manage analyst day (once every 24 months). Project manage investor facility tours. Work with Q4 to manage the Investor Relations website. Providing timely follow-up via phone or email to inquiries from analysts and investors, while also serving as a “gatekeeper” for inbound inquiries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in a relevant field and 5-8 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; or equivalent combination education and experience. Basic administrative support – calendar management, presentation preparation. Coordinating travel (domestic), including detailed itinerary creation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for editing documents, creating templates and basic spreadsheets. Knowledge of Investor Relations CRM databases, business wire, and Q4 preferred. Basic knowledge of the stock market and economics would be a plus.
