About the Role A well‑established and highly respected private equity firm is seeking an Investor Services Specialist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels at managing multiple priorities with accuracy and confidence. You’ll play a key role in supporting investor operations, communications, data integrity, and process enhancements across the platform while collaborating closely with internal and external partners. What You’ll Do Investor Reporting + Prepare and distribute quarterly/annual reports, capital account statements, and other fund‑related financial materials. Operations & Communication + Manage shared inboxes and deliver timely, high‑quality investor communications. + Support onboarding processes for new funds and investor relationships. Data & Systems + Maintain accurate investor data across CRM and fund accounting platforms. + Contribute to system upgrades and implementations, including tools such as Investorflow, Allvue, and Sensr. Cross‑Functional Collaboration + Work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, and third‑party consultants on strategic and ad hoc initiatives. Compliance + Coordinate AML/KYC documentation and tax form collection with external service providers. Continuous Improvement + Recommend and implement enhancements to reporting templates, workflows, and the investor portal experience.
