Investments & Research Team - Governance - Analyst

As an Analyst within the Wealth Management Investments Governance team, you will support critical governance processes, committee operations, and strategic initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between Investments Governance, Due Diligence, Risk, Compliance, Middle Office, and Technology partners, while ensuring seamless execution of governance procedures and committee activities that enhance our investment oversight framework.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate investment committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and logistics management.

• Prepare high-quality slides, reports, and comprehensive committee materials for senior leadership and investment committees.

• Document and distribute accurate meeting minutes, tracking action items and ensuring timely follow-up on committee decisions.

• Manage stakeholder relationships across Due diligence, Risk, Product, Middle office, and Technology teams to drive alignment and collaboration.

• Support investment governance projects, proposals, and periodic reviews, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and timelines.

• Maintain governance documentation and reporting standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance the effectiveness of governance operations.

• Provide responsive support for ad-hoc requests and strategic projects related to investment governance activities.

 

 

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• At least 1 years of experience in governance, business management, operations, compliance or controls function.

• Proven ability to create polished, executive-level presentations and materials with strong attention to detail and design excellence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise meeting minutes and documentation.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholder groups and driving collaborative outcomes.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
