Investment Sales Analyst Job ID 235361 Posted 28-Aug-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Capital Markets Location(s) Baltimore - Maryland - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst, you will develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of small to medium sized commercial real estate properties for clients. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. **What You'll Do:** + Gather, evaluate & maintain materials necessary for proposals, summary reports, offering memorandum and market updates including but not limited to historical & projected data for development pipeline, market/submarket absorption, multifamily sales, home sales, land use, retail, and employment. + Liaise with client companies to obtain property information and market data to help complete underwriting and lead the organization and management of due diligence for transactions. + Support new and expanded business opportunities through market research and data analysis as directed by broker team. + Provide broker team with pertinent information on current market conditions and trends. Analyze internal and external data to identify and present trends to broker team. Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. + Have some knowledge of standard business and real estate principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Support team member capacity overflow by assisting as needed. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking, organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Ability to write reports and effectively present information. + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving many options in situations. The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
