Seize this thrilling opportunity to contribute to our Investment Banking business as a Vice President, working alongside top-tier professionals in a dynamic team. 

As the Vice President within the Leveraged Finance team, you will play a crucial role in financing corporates and financial sponsors, engaging with client management teams and collaborating with senior bankers. Leveraged Finance encompasses J.P. Morgan's leveraged loan and high yield bond product groups within the firm's Investment Banking Line of Business. You will be instrumental in the debt capital markets for our clients, working on refinancings, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and dividend recapitalizations, among other transactions. Your role involves high-level interaction with senior bankers across product and industry groups, as well as with executive management at our clients.

As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you’ll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial sponsor clients and working across different industries and transaction types. 

Job responsibilities

Develop client relationships and originate new business opportunitiesPerform credit analysis and credit packagingPrepare offering and marketing materials for loans or high yield bondsPrepare and participate in pitches and other marketing activitiesReview and analyze financial modelsExecute end-to-end debt transactions
