Description
A growing wealth management firm is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence of client portfolios. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do:
+ Manage portfolio reporting, rebalancing, and trade execution.
+ Serve as the go-to expert for portfolio management systems and custodial platforms.
+ Maintain accurate account setups and data integrations with CRM systems.
+ Monitor portfolios for exceptions and ensure timely resolutions.
+ Coordinate with advisors, investment committees, and custodians for seamless execution.
+ Prepare and deliver client reports on schedule.

Requirements
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to obtain Series 65 license within 3–6 months.
+ Experience with securities trading, custodial operations, and portfolio management tools (Tamarac preferred).
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
+ Proven ability to create and document processes.
Preferred:
+ Background in RIA or wealth management environments.
+ Experience in portfolio analysis and business process automation.
