They are seeking an 'Investment Associate' with a background in financial services, such as M&A, corporate finance, transactions, or management consulting.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments and support the overall investment thesis

Conduct market and business analysis to inform investment committee materials

Coordinate and oversee the due diligence process for target companies

Perform high-level industry research to identify and assess new deal opportunities

Support the ongoing financial review of portfolio companies, contributing to performance monitoring and value creation initiatives

 

Your Profile:

A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field

Advanced financial modelling skills and strong technical acumen

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail

Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proven track record of strong academic performance

Fluency in both English and Greek is required
