Hours: Full-time Job Duties: Support Asset Management, Transactions and Leasing personnel to provide cash flow modeling and deal analysis for real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, financing and operations. Maintain the investment parameters portions of the Asset Management plans and quantify related operational progress toward reaching maximum potential value. Provide and present portfolio information as needed for capital markets and due diligence initiatives. Measure progress of various sub-operating portfolios, communicating opportunities to enhance go-forward performance. Organize and manipulate large amounts of data to produce accurate and actionable conclusions, particularly on asset valuations. Communicate potential investment risks and opportunities to in-house leasing/transaction personnel. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
