Bilingual Investigator Support Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Tues–Sat | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST (post‑training)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Pay: $21–22/hr
About the Role
Labcorp is seeking an Investigator Support Coordinator who wants to make an impact in advancing healthcare. In this role, you will serve as a key point of communication and support for investigative sites, ensuring seamless coordination of lab results, accession holds, site inquiries, and study-related documentation. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of lab results, sponsor‑determined flags, and test cancellations as outlined in the SOW.
+ Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds, communicating delays to the Supervisor and Project Manager.
+ Update internal databases with accurate information and alert project staff to additional testing needs.
+ Provide support to investigative sites and sponsors via phone and email for project‑related questions.
+ Adhere to SOPs, management communications, and internal processes in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Assist with implementing global processes and procedures across projects.
+ Track and report performance metrics as requested by management.
+ Document, resolve, and escalate service failures when necessary.
+ Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.
+ Communicate site needs when new policies or procedures are developed.
+ Maintain a culture of patient safety, addressing and escalating issues promptly.
Note: A Saturday shift is required once every month; training hours may differ. This job is fully remote.
Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience over the phone.
+ Strong customer service, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks, distractions, and maintain professionalism.
+ Self‑motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
+ Fluency in English & Spanish required.
+ Must be able to work the 10 AM–7 PM EST shift and 1 Saturday per month.
+ Strong job tenure preferred (1+ year in each role; ideally no more than three jobs in five years).
Preferred Experience
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
