Investigations & Counterintelligence Analyst

Description:This position requires Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.

The Intelligence Analyst will support the overall LM Space Counterintelligence and Investigations Team across the Space enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducts and supports thorough and timely investigations of employee misconduct within the LM Corporate and LM Space Business Area guidelines. Investigations will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws, orders, rules, regulations and ordinances, Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
- Supports the overall counterintelligence mission by developing education and training materials in support of the CI/Insider Threat mission and will engage internal and external stakeholders on a continuing basis as an integral partner for the CI/Insider Threat program.
- Assesses new vendors for the Space Business Area supply chain for various risk factors.
- Documents and presents findings to stakeholders.
- Identifies emerging trends, patterns, risk assessment, and threat mitigation and conduct comprehensive threat analysis and interpretation for potential investigative follow-up and/or recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensures that counterintelligence activities are thoroughly performed and properly documented for business reference and quality, provides recommendations and formulates/implements counterintelligence strategies for review by the leadership team to apply across the enterprise and interfaces with Corporate Office of Counterintelligence Operations (COCI) and Senior Management on CI issues and will support functional leadership, including HR, Legal, Ethics and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
- Counterintelligence and Intelligence Community experience, including conducting investigations
- Experience briefing stakeholders, preparing presentation materials and intelligence reports
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust, influence, counsel, mediate and provide guidance and direction in sensitive situations
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of federal, state, and local laws as well as LM policies and procedures
- Experience with investigative reports
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and other related computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-starter and driven
- Experience interacting with all levels of employees and management
- Experience with Data Analytics

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
