Education:High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience:Minimum 3 years in a quality assurance or investigation role.Prior background in health care or a related field is desirable.Demonstrated success in client quality management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves working in an office setting with occasional site visits. Candidates must be able to handle physical requirements such as sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods.
