Location/Division Specific Information

This position is located in Ferentino, Province of Frosinone, Italy, within the PDS Department at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

Contribute to QO goals by supporting clients, managing deviations, and improving service quality!

A day in the Life:

Supervise discrepancies and inquiries concerning quality problems of batches for clinical and commercial purposes.Coordinate the CAPA system stemming from quality investigations.Support the preparation of periodic quality trends for Management and Corporate dissemination.

Keys to Success:

Outstanding collaboration skills, demonstrated proficiency in quality management, and a sharp ability to identify root causes and effectively execute corrective measures.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Demonstrated expertise in quality control and investigative procedures.Expertise in handling GMP batches and supporting Readiness and BU processes.Competence in preparing QATs and negotiating quality sections of contracts.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong collaboration skills to work with Compliance colleagues and support various functions.Capability to produce comprehensive reports concerning quality incidents.Excellent communication skills to provide customer support and train personnel.
