What You'll Do
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be a key driver behind how our North America business runs, day to day and long term. You’ll work directly with the Business Management Director, supporting operations that enable our consulting and business services teams to thrive.
You’ll drive core functions that touch every corner of the business, including:
Operational Finance – Keep our business running efficiently and responsibly.
Affiliation & Engagement – Help build a workplace where people feel connected and included.
Support the design and deliver affiliation initiatives that reflect Inverto’s valuesLead culture-building activities across teams and officesSupport onboarding efforts that foster early belonging and collaborationPartner with HR and leadership to gather insights and continuously improve team engagementInternal Events & Communication – Keep our teams aligned, informed, and inspired.
Lead logistics for internal events such as leadership meetings, the Annual Conference, and all-staff sessionsManage internal communications and newsletters for the North America teamCollaborate with global and regional teams to ensure clear and consistent messagingAdapt communications to reflect the unique voice, priorities, and culture of Inverto North AmericaReporting & Marketing Support – Deliver insights and visibility to support our growth.
Build and manage reporting dashboards to guide strategic decisionsTrack performance metrics that support leadership visibilitySupport regional marketing initiatives and employer brand activation in collaboration with global teams including identifying local stories and content opportunitiesHelp localize employer branding and recruiting campaigns for the North America marketPeople management - Support, develop, and lead team members to do their best work.
Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to junior operations staffSet clear goals and expectations, and offer timely feedbackFoster a collaborative, inclusive team culture built on trust and accountabilityIdentify development opportunities that align with individual strengths and business needsYou’ll also coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure that BCG and Inverto standards are implemented consistently at the local level.

At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person work is essential to our culture, mentorship, and professional development. That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.
Compensation Information:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role is $91,800-$117,600 (USD).
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
