We're now looking for a Stock First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nTo lead and manage activities and resource in relation to product inventory and integrity.\nTo liaise with Stock and Admin team to ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of key KPIs for both the warehousing and co-packing activities for Mars on site.\nTo lead the governance of the Quality Management System for the Mars warehouse operation and work closely with the Quality Manager who will lead the QMS for the site.\nTo work closely with site operational managers to develop inventory strategy and working practices.\nManagement experience within a warehouse environment.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nPrevious experience of working within a warehousing environment, preferably within a food distribution or manufacturing environment.\nPrevious experience of Managing and Maintaining complex multi system book to book reconciliations\nPrevious experience of building, developing and coaching a new team\nExperience of HACCP planning or working in a HACCP environment is advantageous but not essential\nDemonstrable record of delivering against targets\nGood communication skills (verbal and written)\n\n
