Inventory Supervisor
Job Title: Entry Level Technical Writer (Looking for strong administrative experience) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on technical writing and document control. The ideal candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather information and produce high-quality documentation, ensuring compliance with current document standards. Responsibilities Observe, take notes and photos, and work with Subject Matter Experts to gather information Analyze information to produce high quality documentation Ensure current document standards are followed Collaborate with other writers to improve document standards Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve content and useability Edit documentation to ensure consistent, accurate information Adjust responsibilities, time, and objectives to meet changing priorities Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional Skills & QualificationsQualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail during the planning, writing, proofing, and approval processes Ability to work in a production environment Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines Strong sense of ownership and follow-through Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to utilize resources to find answers Desire to improve current processes Experience writing procedural documents Experience with MS Office, SharePoint Work Environment The position is onsite, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a long-term Contract position based out of Albany, Oregon. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
