**Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Asset Management and Lab Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and solid organizational abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.**

**Pay Range:**
$20-21 per hour W2
**What’s the Job?**
+ Tag new equipment and update asset management entries for incoming hardware.
+ Receive shipments and promptly notify appropriate stakeholders.
+ Coordinate with offsite storage facilities to send and receive hardware.
+ Conduct lab audits to locate assets and reconcile discrepancies identified during blind audits.
+ Track orders and third‑party inventory, confirming device availability for upcoming projects.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Experience with inventory control, asset tracking, or warehouse/logistics operations.
+ Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate documentation.
+ Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external storage partners.
+ Ability to perform physical tasks such as scanning, tagging, and moving hardware.
+ Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot missing or misreported assets.
