Job Summary
We are seeking two highly detail-oriented Inventory Planners to support our production operations. These roles are critical to maintaining accurate inventory data, resolving product discrepancies, and driving process improvements through analytics and documentation. You’ll split your time between hands-on material handling and data-driven analysis to ensure production flow is uninterrupted and efficient.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily inventory metrics and reports for team standups and broader business insights.Investigate and resolve product discrepancies between digital and physical inventory using SAP and other ERP systems.Perform root cause analysis using tools like fishbone diagrams and document findings to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to support SOP development and process documentation.Analyze raw data, identify trends, and create pivot tables or graphs to visualize performance over time.Enter and extract data from ERP systems to support material processing and resolution workflows.Provide backup coverage to ensure continuity of data integrity and reporting during team absences.Core SkillsAuditing and inventory managementProcess and root cause analysisExcel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) or equivalent tools (Quip, Smartsheet)ERP systems experience (SAP preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyQualifications1+ year of experience with process audits, root cause analysis, or fishbone diagrammingBackground in aerospace, automotive, warehouse, supply chain, or waste management industriesComfortable analyzing and improving operational processesU.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person status requiredDegree not required—skills and experience are prioritizedIdeal Candidate TraitsMeticulous and thorough—double/triple checks workAnalytical mindset with a hands-on approachComfortable working independently and collaborativelyFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedulesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
