Responsibilities The Opportunity: We are seeking a Demand Planning Sr. Manager to lead our global demand planning strategy (excluding Europe) across multiple markets and business units. This high-impact role is part of our end-to-end supply chain function, encompassing forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and stakeholder alignment. The role requires both strategic and analytical capabilities, as well as the ability to build and standardize scalable planning practices in complex, fast-paced environments. This position will also oversee cross-functional planning processes such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and partner closely with global supply chain leaders to ensure accurate, data-driven demand forecasts that guide production, inventory distribution, and service levels across warehouse and distribution center networks. Your Impact: As a Demand Planning Sr. Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end demand planning for international markets (excluding Europe), with a forecasting horizon ranging from 6 to 24 months. Manage a cross-functional team of demand and inventory planners, data analysts, visualization developers, and data engineers, ensuring effective execution and capability development. Drive forecast accuracy at the most granular level, including SKU-location combinations, leveraging historical trends, commercial input, and advanced analytics. Guide the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in alignment with supply, production, and commercial teams. Review and rebalance inventory across warehouses and distribution centers, identifying optimization opportunities to improve service levels and reduce waste. Ensure standardization of planning processes and analytical frameworks across business units and regions (LATAM, AMESA, APAC, PBNA, PFNA). Act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders by translating data into actionable insights, while aligning on business objectives and decision-making rationale. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Advanced English - strong communication and storytelling capabilities. 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain functions such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning. 3+ years of experience leading data-focused teams, including data engineers and analysts, and contributing to data strategy. (People Management Skills) SQL Proficiency - experience with programming languages. Proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence platforms. Strong understanding of the full design cycle of supply chain tools, from business requirements to implementation. Hands-on experience with data modeling; ability to manipulate and extract insights from complex datasets. Proven ability to work in global, matrixed environments, driving alignment and standardization across regions and stakeholders.
