WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Inventory Optimization Lead, you’ll be a key contributor to our merchandising unit, driving the balance between inventory levels and customer demand across markets, warehouses, and selling channels. You will:

Ensure product availability while reducing carrying costs and maximizing operational efficiency.Lead regional demand fulfilment strategies to spur sales growth.Execute allocation strategies and system setups to optimize SKU and warehouse stock composition.Monitor garment flow and support logistics planning to minimize constraints and maximize commerciality in stores.Collaborate on external exit strategies for inventory with global counterparts.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a customer- and sales-driven professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for optimization. You bring:

Experience in store/sales operations, supply chain planning, inventory optimization, or merchandising.A university degree in Business, Economics/Finance, or similarStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.A growth mindset and a proactive approach to innovation and cross-functional teamwork
