Responsibilities

 

\n\nEnsure warehouse inventory, physical and system, accuracy through various control systems: Damages, Profit gain/Profit loss, In-transit goods, and IDOC/system error monitoring.\nFormulates short, medium and long term plans & strategies to ensure efficiency in operations and achievement of KPI's & in-process measures\nProactively initiates or recommends improvements in total organization in efforts that reduce claims, inventory losses and the likes through continuous improvements, promoting productivity and efficiency\nCoordinates timely and accurately with Site Manager on subject matter that will affect productivity, efficiency and accuracy of his department and that of the over-all organization\nProactively interfaces with customers for matters that need customer approval and prepares analysis, studies or supporting data to justify such request or recommendation\nCoordinates with warehousing and equipment and ASRS teams in root cause analysis, problem solving and implementation of agreed process changes to ensure achievement of stock accuracy and equipment reliability KPIs and related in-process measures\nMonitor number of cases cut off order at processing or shipment execution or invoiced but refused/ rejected.\nRequirements\nGraduate of Industrial Engineering or any Business Management Course\nDeep and broad understanding of Inventory Control, its financial and operational impacts - preferred in consumer/retail and warehouse environment.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems like SAP, etc.\nWith experience in Inventory functions and in the logistics industry\nData and system driven\nAbility to handle and manage team\n
