Inventory Manager

Seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee pump parts inventory, manage documentation, and support order fulfillment and assembly needs.

Requirements:

Background in pump industry or oil & gas required

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Experience with inventory management processes and documentation

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with bill of materials (BoMs) and part traceability

Experience maintaining tool and equipment inventory and calibration records

Knowledge of shortage reporting and coordination with purchasing/engineering

Responsibilities:

Pull parts for orders and assemblies using project BoMs

Tag parts and maintain accurate inventory documentation and traceability

Manage and track tool/equipment inventory and calibration records

Maintain accurate inventory counts and update records in Excel

Provide shortage lists to engineering and purchasing for resolution

Coordinate with management to maintain inventory levels to support anticipated sales

Ensure adherence to company policies and inventory procedures



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
