Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and transfers.Lead annual physical inventory activities.Collaborate with planning, procurement, and production to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.Utilize inventory management software and tools to track stock and generate reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.Lead and train union hourly front-line warehouse/yard employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Address and resolve any inventory-related issues or challenges in a timely manner.Prepare and present regular inventory reports to management.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience).Minimum of 3 years of materials, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.Eligibility Requirements

Oracle knowledge and proficiency.Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations roles.Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.Experience working in a Union environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to document, plan, and shift priorities as needed.The base pay range for this position is $90,400.00 - $150,500.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
