Inventory Manager
Job Title: Allocation Manager
Job Description

As an Allocation Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements. You will assist in resolving any arising problems or complaints, while recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, and motivating the Inventory & Allocation workforce. Your goal will be to meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and cGMP requirements. You will prepare accurate reports for Plant Leadership and maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security. Your responsibilities include ensuring all production job materials are staged and allocated in a timely manner, ensuring employees are properly trained, and working with sister plants to align and improve work processes.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.Assist in resolving any arising problems or complaints.Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate Inventory & Allocation workforce.Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.Comply with laws, regulations, and cGMP requirements.Prepare accurate reports for Plant Leadership.Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.Ensure all production job materials are staged at both the component warehouse and the production facility in a timely manner.Ensure all staged materials are allocated to each job in a timely manner.Ensure all allocation employees are properly trained in the work process including all checks and balances.Ensure all pallets are properly produced in the system using the 'Check Point Charlie' work process.Ensure all daily reviews of the system and jobs are completed with corrections and documentation.Work with sister plants to align and improve work processes.Essential SkillsInventory planningInventory accuracyInventory controlData analysisInventory analysisProcurement analysisProcurementInventoryPurchasingSupply chainInventory managementLogisticsAdditional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Supply Chain Management5-7 years of inventory management experience5-7 years of experience managing teams of 15-20 members across multiple shiftsMedium to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointMedium to advanced skills in Inventory Management Systems with data analysis experienceWork Environment

You will work in an office cubicle environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

The candidate will receive benefits once they get to the final interview.
