Kforce has a client that is seeking an Inventory Management Manager in Chesterfield, MO. Summary: We are a fast-growing medical device sales organization that has expanded significantly over the past four years. With a current headcount of 30 employees, we are now focused on building out our inventory management capabilities to support our surgical product operations and consignment-based logistics. We are seeking an Inventory Management Manager to lead and evolve our inventory operations. This role will be responsible for implementing a scalable inventory tracking system, managing consigned and loaned surgical equipment/tools, and overseeing a small team of inventory coordinators. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive inventory management system * Oversee two inventory coordinators and provide strategic direction for inventory operations * Coordinate and execute inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance * Manage consigned and loaned surgical equipment, including tracking, returns, and utilization * Maintain traceability of SKUs and ensure all inventory is properly categorized and documented * Collaborate with surgical teams to support equipment needs and logistics * Evaluate current tools (ACUMEDICA ERP, INHATCH, Sortly) and guide the transition to a more robust scheduling and tracking solution within 12 months * Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality standards
