Airswift is seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to join our client’s team in Georgetown, Guyana. This position will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing warehouse and inventory management activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement processes for warehouse and inventory management, including planning and material repurchase activities. Establish and operate a centralized onshore warehouse, including layout, infrastructure, and systems implementation. Lead the implementation of SAP WM and MM modules, ensuring full utilization for material movement and storage control. Develop and maintain inventory planning routines, counting cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical support to offshore warehouse operations, promoting best practices and integration. Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of material and spare parts stock. Execute Material Resource Planning (MRP) for onshore and offshore warehouses to guarantee availability for maintenance and operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and SAP WM/MM modules. Strong knowledge of material planning, auditing, and process optimization. Familiarity with HSSE standards and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills. #LI-MP2
