How will you make an impact?

This position will support operations by analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization.

Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.Ensures master data cleanliness in SAP in collaboration with authorities and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.Works with other data stewards to uphold accuracy of functional master data within SAP, guaranteeing consistency and alignment with business rules.Collaborate with the business/IT to guarantee that master data regulations align with the application's operations and meet all required criteria.Assists in SAP centric-projects and the associated master data to improve site processes.Assists in the creation of reports to help end users better access data required for their job.Ensures attention to inventory management (E&O) through ownership of the Material Destruction Order (MDO) process for obsolete and expired materialLeads site cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracyLead all activities related to annual physical inventory, including resolving inventory discrepancies and performing appropriate SAP inventory transactions, resulting in accurate inventory levels

Essential Job Functions

Leads the application and implementation procedures for data standards and guidelines related to data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.Develops and implements strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data to ensure that business needs are met.Provides data consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to clients and internal customers to improve overall processes and performance of the business.

How will you get there?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.3+ years of demonstrated ability in SAP, inventory and master data management preferred.Experience working with pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
