Job Title: Inventory SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage daily inventory tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. This role involves working primarily behind a desk, with occasional visits to the warehouse to maintain precise inventory levels.

ResponsibilitiesProcess 60-75 packing slips daily, ensuring accuracy by matching part numbers to the correct locations.Conduct cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.Receive and process packing slips efficiently.Manage product and component movements within manufacturing plants using SAP.Perform data entry, utilizing Excel for pivot tables and v-lookups.Essential SkillsProficiency in inventory control software, including SAP and Excel.Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with high-volume, variable component parts.Experience with inventory management systems and software.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with SAP inventory systems is preferred.Work Environment

The position is based in the W1 Building, primarily working at a desk with a computer to ensure accurate inventory levels. There may be occasional visits to the warehouse as required. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with 8-hour days and flexible start times between 6 am and 8 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
