Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary

The Coordinator Inventory Management is responsible for tracking and managing inventory accuracy of products. This job processes returns and recalls related to distributed products and fills out necessary paperwork as needed. The Coordinator, Inventory Management plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are filled on time and accurately. This job tracks the financial impact of inventory levels and frequently communicates cross functionally with internal teams. Inventory Coordinator will be assisting the lead inventory coordinator and assisting in scanning or FedEx exceptions as needed. The Inventory Coordinator will also communicate with clients as needed and assist in other departments if available.

Responsibilities

Researches and resolves count variances to ensure accurate inventory records and identify potential areas of improvement in the process.Moves inventory locations as needed to maintain efficient and compliant operations.Manages the daily returns process both physically in the warehouse and in CRM.Reviews, processes and intervenes on all recall notices for products.Reports to clients on inventory utilization and returns and provides finance reports.Identifies needs and ships proper return packaging to customers in order for a successful return of product.Handles expired product and returns through destruction company. Documents all returns.Assist in other areas of pharmacy and distribution when possible.Assist in tracking returns and quarantine cage.Communications delivery exceptions between mail system and internal teams.


Qualifications

1-2 years of experience, preferredHigh school degree or GED, preferred

TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES: Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory on camera attendance is required.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week).  Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm CST.

Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 per hour - $22.57 per hour
