Large Global Property Management Startup is Growing & Urgently Hiring Inventory Associates for its team in their Yonkers warehouse. $40-$50K Salary + Bonus, Stock Options, and Great Benefits. **APPLY TODAY!** **Job Description** + -Oversee inbound and outbound logistics solo, including staging goods and ensuring timely and accurate flow of furniture and home furnishing products. + -Independently load, unload, and stage large, heavy goods (furniture and parcels) from delivery trucks and vendor shipments, pick orders with attention to detail, and maintain organization using warehouse systems. + -Inventory & Space Management: Store products in designated locations on your own, maintain stock accuracy, and take initiative on projects to optimize efficiency and space utilization. + -Team Leadership (When Needed): Provide training, direction, and support to team members or temporary workers during high capacity months, offering clear feedback to maintain high operational standards and ensure seamless integration. + -Quality & Safety: Prep and repair products independently with meticulous care, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure a safe work environment by implementing company policies and legal regulations. + -Collaboration: Occasionally partner with other departments to streamline processes or join delivery runs to train and connect with the team. **Requirements:** + Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policy + 3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees + Ability to work with all levels of company staff + Computer skills required (G suite products, slack) and comfortable with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Final mile delivery software (TBD) + Ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, very fast-paced warehouse environment + Bilingual is a plus (English, Spanish) + Comfortable with physically demanding tasks (lifting/moving heavy furniture) and proficient in warehouse procedures, with a proven ability to work independently most of the time. + Skilled in operating a pallet jack and safely climbing warehouse ladders to pick items from various heights as needed **Company Benefits** + Competitive compensation (Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 + Annual Bonus up to 15% of Base Salary) + Stock Option Plan + Mobile device stipend + Flexible PTO + Competitive Health insurance (Medical, Dental and Vision), along with complimentary access to wellness perks like Health Advocate, One Medical, Teladoc Virtual Health & mental health therapy through Talkspace + 401k retirement plan + Paid maternity/parental leave benefits for new parents + Complimentary accommodation in our global locations.
