Are you ready to take ownership of inventory accuracy and drive real impact across the supply chain? Smurfit Westrock is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

 

Responsibilities

Lead Inventory Accuracy: Manage cycle counts using Radius, investigate discrepancies, and ensure precise stock adjustments.Drive Reporting Excellence: Deliver accurate stock reports and resolve allocation issues.Own Stocktakes: Be the go-to coordinator for stocktakes—plan, assign, and execute with precision.Support Operations: Step in for Dispatch and Forklift roles when needed.Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead CI projects and foster a culture of innovation.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

 

Mandatory Qualifications

Forklift License (training available)RF Scanning SkillsKnowledge of MIS (Radius or similar)Experience in stocktakes and cycle countingComputer skills (Excel, Word)Data analysisExperience in Dispatch (preferred)
