AWS Cloud Logistics Warehousing team are looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical Inventory Controller with demonstrated experience driving process improvement and managing 3rd party vendors.

This individual will be responsible for leading inventory management strategies to maximize customer experience, inventory levels and warehouse capacity utilisation. The successful candidate will manage inventory levels of finished goods, data centre build gear and other components throughout the EMEA region, mananging a number of off-site locations as well assisitng with the daily operations of our warehouse in Dublin. Inventory Management is critical to protecting manufacturing capacity and delivering the end product to our customer at the right time.

Key job responsibilities
Materials Management
- Oversight of stock levels in all remote warehouse locations, management of aged materials and working with transport team and ODM's to unblock material flow.
- Drive Warehousing operational excellence through data driven metrics
- Perform functional Data Analysis and Reporting for warehouse operations
- Drive Warehousing operational excellence through data driven metrics
- Drive material positioning and availability in multiple warehouses to maximize utilization

Supply Chain
- Protect continuity of supply for AWS managed manufacturing
- Drive cross-functional and cross-regional strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and overall cost structure
- Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve internal and external processes
- Work cross-functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
- Provides input on System Integration, User Acceptance and Performance test plans for accuracy and completeness.

Operational Enhancement
- Provide scalable solutions for specific issues
- Sets project requirements and drives agendas across internal and external teams
- Provides input on System Integration, User Acceptance and Performance test plans for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with IT teams, Implementation Consultants, and Business Stakeholders to capture accurate functional and non-functional requirements
