Responsible for continuous improvement and sustainment of PSC Inventory integrity. Leads or contributes to HPTs to improve safety culture and reduce risks in processes affecting inventory control. Assures robust cycle count and annual physical inventory process and results. Drives continuous improvement by tracking errors and driving root cause solutions. Leads or contributes to problem solving for any discrepancy where physical count does not match system. Implements slotting strategies to improve inventory control performance. Assures inventory is active, eliminates non-moving inventory.

Essential Functions:
+ Cycle Count Program Owner – Assures randomized 2X/year is sustained. Leads Continuous Improvement to achieve goals.
+ Annual Physical Inventory Owner – Leads process and continuous improvement to achieve goals.
+ Drives Continuous improvement of Inventory Control to achieve goals in Cycle Count Variance, Location Accuracy %, Inventory Control Error Rate % and Aged in Transit. May also include goals such as PLISC and Dock to Stock time.
+ Leads/Supports Inventory CTRL Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis for IC Team and/or Warehouse NHPTs.
+ Assure solutions implemented by appropriate Warehouse NHPT value stream(s).
+ Investigates best practices and technology for Inventory Control. Standardizes processes.
+ Supports Problem Solving of invoice or shipment errors as needed (these errors may not be IC issues).
+ Approves inventory adjustments up to set limit.
+ Slot Management Process & Strategy Owner, including New/Resize/Moves, Slot identifier system, Overflow process, Safety Gold Zone, Productivity/Step Reduction, Minimizing duplicate locations.
+ Develops & maintains Standard Work & cadence for slot management optimization performed by Inventory Control Specialist(s).
+ Develops & Implements Strategies to reduce Dead Inventory to raise warehouse capacity.
+ As required, performs general warehouse team lead responsibilities not directly related to inventory control.

+ Basic computer, software & data analysis skills.
+ 1-3 years of experience in inventory control and/or warehouse & customer service processes that impact Inventory Control.
+ Experience with Parker Lean systems and Teams preferred.
+ Problem Solving competency to execute basic problem-solving steps (10 Step, 8D, A3 etc.) and implement actions.
+ Moderate written and verbal communication skills to present findings, action plans & strategies.
+ Collaboration skills to drive processes improvement to NHPTs within PSC and share best practice & standards with other PSCs & Divisions.
+ Team oriented. Ability to work in a team environment and ability to facilitate a group or coach 1 on 1 with a positive and motivating approach.
+ Team building skills, ability to create and maintain enthusiasm for challenges. Serve as model by promoting new ideas and positive change.
+ Training skills, aptitude and/or experience.
+ Basic Business Acumen.
+ Thorough understanding & adherence to Parker’s values and respect in the workplace policies.
+ Demonstrated Leadership experience.

Competitive Compensation
+ Pay Range: $25.00/hourly-$30.00/hourly
