ОСНОВНІ ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ ТА ФУНКЦІЇ:

Забезпечення збереження та правильного розміщення матеріалів на закріплених ділянках.Підтримка точного обліку в ERP: рухи матеріалів, списання, проведення транзакцій.Поповнення матеріалів для виробництва та повернення залишків на склад.Співпраця з виробничими та складськими командами для швидкого переміщення матеріалівЩоденна перевірка проведення напівфабрикатів і готової продукції в ERP та вирішення проблем.Регулярні підрахунки матеріалів, аналіз втрат і розбіжностей.Забезпечення відсутності на виробництві матеріалів, списаних у системі.Виявлення дефіциту, комунікація з відділами та підтримка безперервного виробництва.Розуміння відхилень і ECN, участь у нарадах та виконання доручень.Аналіз проблем з матеріалами, участь у вдосконаленні процесів.Підготовка звітів, документів на списання та передача документів до архіву.Ведення табелю, показників відділу та ескалація питань керівництву.Проведення інвентаризацій та забезпечення дотримання правил ОП, ПБ та внутрішніх норм.Використання методик 6S, LPA, ескалації.
 

КВАЛІФІКАЦІЙНІ ВИМОГИ:

Середня або середньо-технічна освіта.Досвід роботи у галузі складського господарства.Висока комунікабельність.Знання основних прикладних та офісних програм (Word, Excel та Outlook).Аналітичні здібності.Бажаний досвід роботи з системою ERP (планування і управління ресурсами підприємства).Демонструвати добросовісність у роботі та прагнення до вдосконалення.Здатність виконувати декілька завдань одночасно (багатофункціональність) та ефективно визначати пріоритети у завданнях.Здатність працювати за умов стислих термінів та постійних змін пріоритетів.
