**Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist** **Job Description** The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing data, generating reports, and optimizing inventory control systems. This role ensures data accuracy, identifies discrepancies, and implements process improvements to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction. The Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to track inventory transactions accurately and maintain warehouse layout parameters. **Responsibilities** + Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations. + Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. + Generate reports to track inventory performance and support decision-making processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking of inventory transactions. + Maintain warehouse layout parameters to optimize storage solutions and distribution. + Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure data accuracy and inventory control. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of inventory management experience. + Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and Vlookup. + Experience working with high SKU counts. + Understanding of technical aspects of warehouse operations, including storage solutions and distribution. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. + Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus. **Why Work Here** This role offers the chance to transition to a permanent position after 2025.
