Summary:
Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supply stock.
Key Responsibilities:Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.Prepare shipping orders for cold storages, assign lot numbers, ensure FIFO principles are metEnsure the Cool/MOP information, freight, pricing and lot numbers are correct before shipped orders go to invoicingManage open order reports for each company and ensure orders are invoiced, moved or deleted in a timely mannerTransfer product between cold storages and plantsEvaluate and correct all Multi-slot discrepanciesProcess Credit/Debit requestsMaintain professional relationship with outside cold storagesMaintain professional relationship with outside processing facilitiesMonitor and communicate rotation issues with cold storagesPerform other duties, as assignedWhat You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required:Associate degree from an accredited college, university or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred:Knowledge of Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software; and shipping procedures.Physical Requirements:

Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
