Job Description:

Inventory Control & Material HandlingCustomer Service SupportQuality Control

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using ERP or inventory management systems.Perform daily cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of stock levels. Issue, return, and track materials to/from production departments.Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, overages, or discrepancies to supervisors.Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update system records accordingly.Organize and label inventory in designated storage locations for easy access and tracking.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research and collaboration with other departments.Assist with preparing reports related to stock levels, usage, and forecasts. Adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.

Education: High School

High School Diploma or GED
